With formal education in Exercise Science and Nutrition Science and over 10 years of coaching experience, Prabhjot helps older adults improve strength, balance, and confidence so they can move safely and stay independent.

I am 77 and was starting to have difficulty with kyphosis (bent over posture when walking) and difficulty with standing up straight for long periods. PJ worked with me to identify which muscle groups had weakened and trained me in specific exercises to restore them.
