No. Most clients are beginners or returning to exercise after time away. All programs are tailored to your current ability.


Yes. Our programs focus on controlled strength training, balance, and joint-friendly movements designed specifically for older adults.


Yes. We provide in-home personal training throughout Etobicoke, Mississauga, and nearby areas for comfort, safety, and consistency.


Yes. We work with condominiums, churches, and community organizations to deliver group strength and fall-prevention programs.


Yes. We regularly work with arthritis, osteoporosis, joint replacements, chronic pain, and balance issues. We can coordinate with healthcare providers when appropriate.


Not always. If you have complex medical conditions or recent surgery, clearance may be recommended.


We review your health history, goals, and movement needs, then recommend a personalized training plan. There is no obligation to continue.


Most clients train 1–3 times per week, depending on goals and recovery.


Many clients notice improvements in strength and confidence within 2–4 weeks, and balance within 4–8 weeks.


Very little. Most programs use bodyweight, chairs, resistance bands, and light weights when beginning. All necessary tools can be provided by your trainer.


We primarily serve Etobicoke, Mississauga, and select GTA locations.


Yes. Strong And Lean Solutions is fully insured and led by a certified trainer with formal education in Exercise Science and Nutrition Science.


Yes. Family members are welcome to attend consultations and be involved in the process If written consent is given. 


Yes. Online coaching options are available for clients who prefer remote support.


Our services typically range between $80–$120 per session, depending on the type of training and level of personalization.


  • 1-on-1 in-home personal training: $100–$120 per session
  • Couples or small-group training: $60–$80 per person, per session
  • Group programs and community classes: Starting at $80–$100 per hour

Many clients choose weekly or twice-weekly training to build strength, improve balance, and stay independent long term.


Yes. We offer multi-session packages and ongoing programs, and the larger the package purchased, the lower the per-session rate. Packages are designed to support consistency and long-term results, which is especially important for strength, balance, and fall prevention. Package options are reviewed after an initial assessment so we can recommend the best fit for your goals and needs.


Every client we work with has different needs, abilities, and goals — especially when it comes to strength, balance, mobility, and fall prevention. For that reason, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing.


Our pricing ranges reflect:

  • The level of personalization required
  • Whether training is 1-on-1, couples, or group-based
  • Frequency of training and session packages
  • Specific mobility, balance, or safety considerations

After an initial assessment, we recommend the most appropriate training option and package to support long-term progress. This ensures clients receive the right level of care, not just a generic session count.


We accept all major credit cards, e-transfer, cheques, cash and payment through our online booking system.


Most sessions run for about 45–60 minutes, depending on your goals and the training format (1-on-1, couples, or group support).


Just yourself and comfortable clothes you can move in! We provide all equipment you’ll need, or you can use your own light resistance bands or chairs if you prefer.
