Pilates Group Training

Adults who want structured Pilates training in a supportive group environment. Perfect for people looking to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and overall body control without the intensity of a traditional gym workout.


This program is designed for larger groups who want the energy of a class while still receiving professional coaching and clear instruction.


What the program includes:


Structured Pilates sessions focused on core strength, stability, and controlled movement. Mobility and flexibility training designed to help you move better and feel stronger.


Every class is coached with clear instruction, safe progressions, and exercises that are appropriate for all fitness levels.


You’ll build strength, improve posture, and develop better body awareness with consistent, well-structured training.

Single Class: $20 – $25 per session


5 Class Pack: $90 – $110


10 Class Pack: $170 – $210
